Return and Exchange Policy

Return Conditions

Products can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Products to be returned must be unused and in original packaging.
Returns are not accepted for special production products (logo printed, personalised).
The return process can be initiated for standard catalogue products.
Shipping fee belongs to the buyer (except for production error).

Exchange Conditions

In case of manufacturing defect or damaged delivery, free exchange is made.
Exchange requests must be notified within 7 working days from the delivery of the product.
The product to be exchanged must be documented with photographs and forwarded to the customer representative.
The exchange process is completed within 5-10 working days after approval.

Create a Request

Send your return/exchange request to our customer representative via phone, e-mail or WhatsApp.

Get Confirmation

Your request is evaluated and you will receive a return/exchange confirmation number and cargo information.

Send Product

Ship the product in its original packaging to the address specified by specifying your confirmation number.

Process Completion

After the product is checked, payment is refunded for return and new product is sent for exchange.

Important Notes

Return and exchange requests are evaluated within 7 working days.
After return approval, the payment refund takes place within 3-10 working days depending on your payment method.
Return conditions may differ for bulk orders, contact your sales representative for details.
Keep the invoice and delivery note documents.
