Where should the expert witness application be submitted?
Article 16 of the regulation governs the announcement and the location of applications, and its first paragraph stipulates that, in order to create or update registers and lists as needed, provincial directorates shall make announcements regarding applications for expert witness positions in consumer arbitration boards on the Ministry's website, on the websites of district governorships within the provincial boundaries, and on other necessary platforms during the first week of October each year.
